Morgan makes scheduling and invoicing seamless -- we really appreciate the phone call with voicemail followed up by an email in case calling back isn't convenient for us. Tom is clear and thorough when providing an estimate, and Austin (who came out to troubleshoot our outdoor outlets) was outstanding. We got a text message to let us know when we was on the way (early!). Austin was persistent, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. He clearly explained what he was checking and why, communicated with both me and my husband, and made sure to get our approval before spending extra time diagnosing the issue. In the end, he discovered that a wire in an unusual location simply hadn't been connected by the former owners -- something another electrician could've easily missed or dismissed. We're so grateful he took the time to find the real issue and didn't jump to unnecessary (and expensive) fixes. And Morgan thoughtfully called us the same day to explain that the final invoice would reflect that additional time, which wasn't a surprise because Tom had explained that the estimate was based on time and materials. We had a sudden problem with an outside circuit breaker shorting and briefly smoking; Austin arrived within an hour of our placing the call to TC Reilly, which was impressively quick. He was informative about the problem, patient with our questions and concerns, careful about the repair itself, and good-humored and friendly throughout.
